Summer of Skills Youth Hockey Clinics
featuring Minnesota State - Mankato’s Tyler Elbrecht and the 2010 American Collegiate Hockey Association D-II Champion SlUE COUGAR HOCKEY TEAM

-Clinics are open to players of all ages.

During the rigorous winter hockey season it is very difficult for any player to focus on his or her personal skill development. As in any team sport, most coaches are forced to spend so much time on the improvement of the team and its understanding of the overall game, that the basic fundamental skills of the individual player are sacrificed. The Summer of Skills Hockey Clinic’s are the ANSWER for the focus on those individual skills. You customize your summer hockey program to fit your individual needs. Over the course of the three days of each skating clinic, students will receive 7.5 hours of On Ice, and 2.25 hours of Off Ice Instruction from NCAA D-I Tyler Elbrecht, and five time Mid American Collegiate Hockey Association SIUE Cougar Champion coaches, and players. Our goal is for each student to come away at the end of a session with the sense that they have made significant improvement in the area(s) of their choice.
